Until your heaven is open there is no fulfilment of destiny. God is the one who created us all and he has a plan for our life’s according to the book of Jeremiah 29:11-14 KJV
So the one who has the plan is the one who can activate the plan and bring to pass and heaven is his throne reason why heaven over us must open.
